The Professional Training Centre hosted a successful seminar in February on Conflict at Work. The Seminar was designed to look at the effect conflict can have on the productivity of a workplace.
Delivered by Tracy Muir, Consultant Business Psychologist, the seminar looked at how an insight into awareness of colleagues personality and behaviour can help reduce workplace conflict.
Insights is a dynamic personal profiling tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. Using the simple universal language of colour, participants are able to gain a detailed understanding of their working style, how this impacts on their relationships with others and how they might develop to improve their personal and professional effectiveness.
