How are you handling conflict in your workplace? Get your own Insights Discovery Profile and understand how your working style can affect others.
The Professional Training Centre hosted a successful seminar in February on ‘Conflict at Work.’ The Seminar was designed to look at the effect conflict can have on the productivity of a workplace.
Delivered by Tracy Muir, Consultant Business Psychologist, the seminar looked at how an insight into awareness of colleagues personality and behaviour can help reduce workplace conflict.
Insights is a dynamic personal profiling tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. Using the simple universal language of colour, participants are able to gain a detailed understanding of their working style, how this impacts on their relationships with others and how they might develop to improve their personal and professional effectiveness.
The event was a great success with more than 60 clients attending. We would like to thank all those who attended – we hope it was an insightful day!
Following the seminar many of you expressed an interest in various courses mentioned during the session. As a result of this The PTC is putting on an ‘Insights Discovery Day’. This course is available to both those who attended the seminar and are interested in finding out more and anyone else who is interested in using the Insights Discovery tool to help them in their workplace.
The day is aimed at senior management; it will give you your own Insights profile to see where you sit in terms of personality and how best to adapt your style to communicate with others in your team.
