Introduction:

Clinical supervision is a requirement of the NMC. However, there is much misunderstanding amongst healthcare professionals around clinical supervision.

This course is designed to equip managers and team leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop and introduce a clinical supervision system in their workplace.
