Introduction:
As our ageing population is on the increase, mental health problems among older adults are increasing. This course is designed for care staff who wish to increase their understanding of anxiety disorders in the elderly and to develop the appropriate skills to care for clients with anxiety.

By the end of the course the candidates will understand and be able to recognise anxiety disorders in the elderly as well as be able to plan and meet the needs of those suffering from anxiety disorder.
