Introduction:
Clinical supervision is a requirement of the UKCC. However, there is much misunderstanding amongst healthcare professionals around clinical supervision.

Course objectives/key benefits:
This course is designed to equip managers and team leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop and introduce a clinical supervision system in their workplace.

Nurses in supervisory positions.

Pre-requisite knowledge/qualification:
To be working with people in the care field.
