Introduction:
This course is a practical based programme offering training and assessment for compliance with Part P of the Building Regulations. Part P divides companies ('enterprises') into three different classifications depending on the scope of work activities they undertake:
- Level A: can complete all electrical work in domestic premises (usually electrical contractors)
- Level B: can install new circuits
- Level C: can only extend existing circuits
Course objectives/key benefits:
Certification will allow registration with an appropriate validation body such as CORGI or ELECSA.
Who the course is aimed at:
- Operatives working at Level B and Level C only
- Suitable for persons intending to register under an Approved Part P scheme
