Duration:	1 day at the centre with some home study required beforehand

Introduction:
This course is for those who wish to install unvented hot water storage systems over 15 litres capacity. Completion of the course will satisfy the requirements of the Building Regulation G3.

Course objectives/key benefits:
On completion delegates will be able to install unvented hot water systems.

Who the course is aimed at:
Experienced plumbers and students working towards a formal qualification.

• AM: training and revision of work-books
• PM: assessments

Training method:
Candidates to receive course work-book three weeks before assessment date, in order for them to complete the self learning packs. Followed by one morning training and revision prior to assessment in the afternoon.

Course outcome/qualification:
BPEC Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems and Building Regulations Part L1.

Pre-requisite knowledge/qualification:
A good understanding of mechanical engineering services/hot water supplies.
