Introduction:
A pre-requisite assessment for all other appliance assessments and covers all aspects of gas safety and legislation.
Training method:
Assessment.
Course outcome/qualification:
Renew existing or obtain a new certification.
Pre-requisite knowledge/qualification:
Candidates should be experienced to Category 1. For Category 2 or 3 see ACS assessment process.
Re-assessment:
It is possible to undertake the re-assessment over the same time span to include up to the following four assessments CEN1, HTR1, CKR1,or WAT1. However, this is dependant upon current evidence of holding these assessed qualifications and only one attempt of the individual aspect of the assessment task can be taken.
