Introduction:
The Work at Height Regulations 2005 require that
Mobile Access Tower (MAT) operators must
possess such technical knowledge, experience or
training as may be appropriate, having regard to
the nature of the activity, or be supervised by such
a person. The aim of this course is to train people
in the skills and knowledge needed to achieve the
standards of competence to carry out the duties
of erecting, dismantling, inspecting, maintaining,
transporting and storing aluminium scaffold
towers.
Course objectives/key benefits:
On completion of this course, delegates will be able to erect, dismantle and safely use most types of aluminium scaffold towers with reference to the relevant supplier’s assembly instructions, safety notes and maintenance guides.
