Introduction:
This course focuses on how to train individuals and groups, using different training methods according to different styles of learning and how to evaluate and follow up.

Training Method:
A mixture of direct teaching, interactive sessions, practical activities and role play will be used to help candidates to fully demonstrate their learning. Each delegate will take away a personalised action plan.
