Introduction:
Conflict in itself can be healthy and challenging. However, problems can arise when it is not dealt with effectively.
This practical workshop will explore common issues around how and why conflicts arise and how they can be prevented. Delegates will have an opportunity to sample some proven techniques for dealing with conflict.

- Identified appropriate responses to difficult situations
- Developed techniques for handling negative emotions, eg: anxiety, fear.
