Introduction:
Stress is not harmful, however, not doing anything about it can be. This workshop is designed to examine the causes of stress and the impact it has on the individual and the organisation. Participants will have an opportunity to explore proven stress management techniques, which, if employed in the workplace, can increase performance and motivation, in addition to promoting better health and well being.
