Course objectives/key benefits:
To develop an individual’s knowledge of the safety requirements, Oxy-Acetylene process technology and the practical application of oxyacetylene cutting.
Who the course is aimed at:
People involved in demolition and/or decommissioning work requiring an introduction or industrial updating related to oxy-acetylene safety and cutting.
Course content:
- Safety as applied to oxy-acetylene cutting process
- Basic principles of the oxy-acetylene cutting equipment
- Cutting to be completed on materials ranging from 6mm-65mm thick or above as appropriate to delegates requirements
- Cutting to be completed on plate, bar, angle and hollow section appropriate to delegates requirements

PTC Certificate of Attendance and Compressed Gasses Passport.
