At The Professional Training Centre we like to make sure that all our clients get the most from their training budget. For this reason we always try to keep abreast of any funding streams that are available for our clients to access.
As part of Colchester Institute, The PTC currently has access to £1000 of 'Leadership and Management' funding for Senior Managers in companies that have between 5 and 249 employees.
As long as you have not previously accessed this funding, each business can benefit from up to £1000 of funding. The first £500 does not require a contribution and should be used by key directors and senior management. The subsequent £500 must be match funded by the employer and is available for key members of the management team. The funding can be put towards accredited or non-accredited training. See below some examples of training that our customers have already put this funding towards:
- Team Building
- Bespoke courses such as IT or Safe Medicines Handling
- Health and Safety courses
- Insights Discovery
- One to One Coaching
- Directors Duties
