With the start of the new academic year The PTC want to shout about the new gas facilities available on campus at Colchester Institute. In line with the new academic year and the new facilities, we have also developed new,
cost-effective training packages.
These packages are specifically for those who are coming in to renew their certificates for domestic natural gas. The options are a 3 day package covering core renewal for CCN1 or a five day package which will cover core renewal CCN1 together with four appliances.
These packages will save you time and money, a core CCN1 renewal would normally take four days and will now be done in three. The training in the five day package would normally take seven days!

- 3 Day Domestic Natural Gas Core (CCN1) Training and Reassessment Package - £540 + VAT
- 5 Day Domestic Natural Gas Renewal Training and Assessment Package to include Core (CCN1) and 4 Appliances - £995 + VAT
Curriculum Manager Roy Treloar said 'We recognise that with the economic downturn times are tough. We have therefore priced our new packages at cost-effective rates to ensure that the training is more affordable.'
The PTC also have many other gas training courses running this term for Commercial, Domestic and LPG.
