There have been numerous changes to The PTC team over the last few months and as our customers we wanted to keep you informed.
We would like to say farewell to Jo Burton who has left after 8 years as a Business Training Advisor. We wish her luck for the future.
Lisa Larman has now left for maternity leave and her maternity cover will be announced shortly.
At The Professional Training Centre we like to make sure that all our clients get the most from their training budget. For this reason we always try to keep abreast of any funding streams that are available for our clients to access.
We are delighted to announce Colchester Institute's success at the East of England Construction Training Awards 2009. The Awards, held at the Radisson SAS Stansted on Thursday 1st October, set aside the challenges that the construction industry has faced during a very tough year.
The College won the Colin Harvey Award for the Outstanding Training Provider of the Year. Organised by training body ConstructionSkills, the awards went ahead despite the difficulties encountered in the construction trade over the past year.
With the start of the new academic year The PTC want to shout about the new gas facilities available on campus at Colchester Institute. In line with the new academic year and the new facilities, we have also developed new,
cost-effective training packages.
These packages are specifically for those who are coming in to renew their certificates for domestic natural gas. The options are a 3 day package covering core renewal for CCN1 or a five day package which will cover core renewal CCN1 together with four appliances.
The PTC are currently looking for experienced, self-employed trainers to work with us in delivering a wide range of training courses.
Please contact us with a copy of your current CV if you feel you have the knowledge and experience to help us deliver high quality training solutions to our clients.
Please send your CV for the attention of Lynne Finnigan to the following address:
